Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your InfiCart customer account and associated personal data. You can do this in the app or by email without installing the app.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the InfiCart customer app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
We permanently delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed, except where we must retain records by law (for example certain order or payment records).
Option 2 — Request by email (no app required)
Email support@nowastemart.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Include:
- The email address registered on your account
- Your full name (if known)
- A clear request to delete your InfiCart customer account
We will verify ownership of the account and process the request. You should receive a confirmation when deletion is complete (typically within 14 days).
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, phone)
- Saved addresses and device notification tokens
- Active carts, wishlists, and similar account-linked preferences
Some order and payment records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
